Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services on the Mike Ross Legal AI platform, including GST Refund tokens and Litigation AI credits.

1. GST Refund Tokens

1.1 What Are Tokens?

GST tokens are prepaid units used to generate GST refund applications. Each token is consumed when a refund application is successfully generated.

1.2 Refund Eligibility

  • Unused tokens: If you have not used any tokens from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Partially used tokens: If you have used some tokens from a purchase, the remaining unused tokens are non-refundable.
  • Failed generation: If a refund application fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, the token will be automatically restored to your account. No refund is needed in this case.

2. Litigation AI Credits

2.1 What Are Credits?

Litigation credits are prepaid balance (in INR) used to access Litigation AI features. Credits are deducted based on usage. Credit packs may include bonus credits (e.g., Professional pack includes 10% bonus, Firm pack includes 20% bonus).

2.2 Refund Eligibility

  • Unused credits: If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund of the amount paid (excluding bonus credits) within 7 days of purchase.
  • Partially used credits: If you have used any credits (including bonus credits) from a purchase, the remaining balance is non-refundable.
  • Service errors: If credits are deducted due to a technical error on our end (e.g., failed processing that consumed credits), the credits will be restored to your account.

3. General Terms

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay
  • Refund processing may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank
  • Bonus credits are not eligible for cash refund
  • Tokens and credits are non-transferable between accounts

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@mikeross.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay payment ID or order ID
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5. Wallet Balance (Search & Legal Due Diligence)

Wallet top-ups used for PDF downloads (₹5 each) and Legal Due Diligence projects (₹10,000 each) follow the same refund terms: unused balance is refundable within 7 days of the top-up. Once balance has been consumed (e.g., PDF downloaded or Legal Due Diligence project created), that portion is non-refundable.
